Stokita ("we", "our", "us", or "the app") is an inventory and orders management application for iOS and Android, operated by Emre Macit. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have regarding your data. By using Stokita, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
On iOS, you sign in with Apple. On Android, you sign in with Google. Depending on the sign-in provider, we receive:

This data is owned by you. We process it only to provide the app's functionality.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS, or Google through Google Play on Android. We do not receive or store your card details. We receive purchase records needed to validate and manage subscriptions, including:
RevenueCat processes purchase history, subscription status and your Stokita account identifier to validate subscriptions, manage access and provide subscription analytics. We do not send your product images or customer contact records to RevenueCat.
For security, performance, and debugging, we may automatically collect:
The Android barcode scanner processes camera images on the device; Stokita uses the returned barcode value. Product images you deliberately select for upload are sent to our Cloudflare storage. We do not access your device address book, email inbox or location permissions.

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1 database, and R2 object storage). Cloudflare maintains industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS).

Stokita supports multiple users within an organization. If you join an organization:
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account in the app, your Stokita account profile, memberships and refresh tokens are removed. Shared organization records are not automatically deleted when an individual member deletes their account. Deletion requests for associated data held by our service providers can be sent to support. We handle deletion requests within 30 days, except where information must be retained for legal, tax or fraud prevention purposes. Deleting your Stokita account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; cancel it through Apple or Google Play.

If you are an organization's sole administrator, you must first appoint another administrator or contact support to resolve the organization. You may also request account and data deletion without using the app at our account deletion page.
Stokita is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the app, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected wherever it is processed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the app. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
