Stokita is operated by Emre Macit. You can request deletion of your Stokita account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.
Email e.macit1130@gmail.com from the address associated with your Stokita account. Use the subject Stokita account deletion and include your account email address and, if applicable, your organization name. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing a request. Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents.
You can also use Settings → Delete Account in the app. If you are the sole administrator of an organization, first appoint another administrator or contact support to resolve the organization.
Account deletion removes your Stokita account profile, memberships and refresh tokens. Shared business records remain with the organization and are not automatically deleted when a team member leaves. If you also want associated data held by our service providers removed, include this in your request.
Deletion requests are handled within 30 days. Information required for legal, tax or fraud prevention purposes may be retained. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Deleting your Stokita account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store used for purchase.

Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabımı Sil yolunu da kullanabilirsin. İşletmenin tek yöneticisiysen önce başka bir yönetici ata veya destekle iletişime geç.
Hesap silindiğinde Stokita profilin, ekip üyeliklerin ve oturum yenileme bilgilerin kaldırılır. İşletmenin ortak kayıtları personelin hesabı silindiğinde otomatik silinmez. Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızdaki ilgili veriler için de silme istiyorsan talebinde belirt.
Silme talepleri 30 gün içinde işleme alınır. Yasal, vergi veya dolandırıcılığı önleme yükümlülükleri kapsamında tutulması gereken bilgiler saklanabilir. Hesabını silmek mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliği satın aldığın App Store veya Google Play üzerinden ayrıca iptal etmelisin.
