Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Fashion Photo Editor AI (“the App”) is developed and operated by Yunus Emre Macit (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
The App lets users upload product or model images and apply AI-powered flat lay and related edits. Usage is based on credits:
- Each image edit consumes 1 credit.
- Credits are purchased via in-app purchases (IAP).
3. Accounts
- An automatic user ID is created on first launch. No manual registration is required.
- You must use the App lawfully and refrain from abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content.
4. Pricing, Purchases & Refunds
- Current credit prices are shown in the App’s purchase screen and may change from time to time.
- Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled per Apple’s policies; contact Apple Support for billing issues. For technical issues, you may also contact us.
- Credits are not cash, have no monetary value outside the App, and are generally non-refundable.
5. Content & Usage
- You retain rights to your own images. You grant us and our processors a limited license to process the images solely to provide the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights/permissions for any uploaded content.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services, including (without limitation) fal.ai for AI processing and Apple for payments. Their terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
7. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or unlawful use. You may stop using the App at any time; you can also delete your account/data in Settings → Delete All Data / Delete Account.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date appears at the top of this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your place of residence unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
2. Data We Collect
- Automatic user ID: Created on first launch; used to operate your session and credit balance.
- Images you upload: Processed only to perform edits and deliver results back to you. We do not permanently store images unless it’s necessary to complete processing or you choose to save them.
- Purchase data: In-app purchases are processed by Apple; we do not store card numbers.
- Diagnostic/usage data: Basic logs/analytics to maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the App.
3. How We Use Data
- Provide and operate the service (credit tracking, image processing, delivery of results).
- Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, debug and improve performance.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
- Processors: We use trusted providers (e.g.,
fal.ai, Supabase) to process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. - Payments: Apple processes IAP payments; their privacy policy applies.
- We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Transient processing files are deleted after completion or within a short period.
6. Your Choices & Controls
- In the App: Settings → Delete All Data and Delete Account permanently remove your data and account.
- You may also request deletion or obtain information by emailing e.macit1130@gmail.com.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than yours by our processors. We implement reasonable safeguards consistent with applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
